A note from the moderator
Two minutes per answer
Each answer is allotted two minutes. The candidate has never used fewer than eleven. We’ve stopped bringing the timer.
Shorter versions available
You can ask for a shorter version of any answer. Shorter versions are available. They are not, technically, always shorter.
No question off-limits
Some will be declined, politely, at length. The candidate does not discuss real people in politics, and takes no sides on contested issues. It explains them.
